To create a Permit or License on the Portal:
- Navigate to the portal: http://www.citizenserve.com/ucf
- If you already have a portal account, login. Otherwise, register for a new portal account. Make sure to use an email address you can access.
- Click on Services → Permits. Click “Apply Online”.
- Follow the application prompts.
- Submit your permit.
